Tomb Raider (2013) Camera Analysis 08 Base Exterior

A camera beat chart and additional analysis for the Base Exterior mission.
See the whole series of articles on the Camera page. "Read More" for details.

Minute by Minute
Each minute of the Base Exterior mission, broken down into the camera types found within it (see analysis below for details)
The latter half of this section, leading up to and including climbing the radio tower, is marked by its seamless use of non-interactive sequences going in and out of gameplay (mostly climbing). Control is taken away from the player regularly, and analyzing the player's ability to control the camera gave me a better perspective of how little time their input is actually meaningful.
Contrary to my expectations, it is actually quite hard for the average player to tell when control is taken and given back to them so frequently and abruptly. The artfulness with which these sequences are composed brings attention to how much this game elevates the expectations for seamless sequences.

Camera Time by Category Most of the climbing here is cinematic driven
Exotic cameras refer to the crawling and balance cameras offered during less common gameplay
Static-facing cameras are  better versions of the industry standard static cameras. Includes camera pulls and shots with movement/rotation on one axis
NIS include transitions and any unresponsive shots
Follow cameras are driven by mouse or stick input
Climbing cameras support the climbing features

Here is the best site which show the meaning of the true working and this kind of working is also for members of work. We know that we are not able to go and do my work alone. So it is good to have a friend in our work and this is the true kind of work.
