Redux concludes with a new streamlined and highly cinematic story structure & a refined bear hunt with new bear spear gameplay.
My Achievements
Performed a specialized role in importing and integrating animation content into Unity
Improved studio-wide practices to achieve high quality in-game cinematics playing in open-world levels
Worked closely with animators and technical artists triggering and setting the stage for cinematics
Open-world problems: A cinematic with the scripted bear is triggered when a wolf is already chasing Will. Wolves and other wildlife were scripted to flee after we noticed this risky scenario could be triggered with spawners nearby.
Provided training for dialogue data entry and scripting while working with Content Writer
My tasks:
Updating overall mission structure, side mission content, and objective presentation
Incorporating feedback and design changes for the main mission, primarily before the bear hunt
Adding a new Hunting Wolves side mission and standardizing side mission delivery scripts
Item placement for missions, weapons, Achievement collectibles, and more
